Exchanges, Returns and Repair
We accept exchanges within 5 days of receiving an order IF the item(s) is in its' original packaging and in unused condition. Exchanges can only be made for item(s) equal or higher in value. We do not accept returns.
Please note that SimplyCait is not responsible for items lost in transit.
SALE orders are final.
If an item is damaged during transit, please immediately send it back to the return address labeled on the package. Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs.
Notify us immediately at email@example.com if an item is damaged within 5 days of the purchase. Send it back, and we can repair or replace it for you. After 5 days, we do not accept returns for repair.
